Shipping details:
Shipping is via Fed Ex or UPS.
Shipping and taxes are added to the final total of goods purchased after credit card or paypal account information is entered.

"Priority" hand-delivery in NYC: For New York City (below 125th St, Manhattan) and Brooklyn, we can hand-deliver for a flat $25. The order needs to be placed before noon in order for it to be delivered that evening (to hospitals, etc.). For hand delivery to an office during the day, the order needs to be placed the day before.  All orders received after noon for hand delivery will be "next day."
"Ground" shipping: 4-5 days, $20
"Next Day" shipping: $45
"Standard" shipping: 3-4 days, $40

We DO NOT recommend ground delivery (5 day) for any of the DesiRae’s Playhouse products.  The DesiRae’s Playhouse baked goods contain organic ingredients, some with berries, which are perishable  There is no way to guarantee freshness using ground delivery. Contact us to use standard overnight via FedEx or UPS, guaranteed afternoon delivery next day. FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box.
Internet orders can be placed 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Sales tax is 8.875% for New York City residents, 4.375% for New York State residents, 0% for anyone out-of-state.

For wholesale orders for companies, schools, and organizations, please e-mail us. We can offer discounts for bulk orders. Likewise, schools and organizations that are tax-exempt, non-profit should also contact us before placing orders.

Our office is open every day except Sunday and major holidays:  New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas. If you need an item delivered in time for a holiday (Christmas, Hanukkah, etc.), please allow a minimum of 10 days for ground delivery, or 7 days for overnight delivery.  To place an order for "next day" you must order before noon.
